Why this summit?

Investors are increasingly aware of the financial materiality of climate risks, but how to price it remains a challenge. Underlying metrics still lack consistency and alignment. Without robust and reliable data, green premiums and brown discounts risk being misapplied, paving the way for systemic mispricing and potential asset bubbles.

What to expect

Leading up to the Global Real Estate Leaders Summit, we will conduct in-depth interviews with all attending investors to understand if and how climate risk is currently being priced and which metrics are needed to do so more effectively. These insights will inform a collective discussion on how we, as a global sector, want to move forward to enable consistent pricing of climate risks in investment decisions.
