IPE Real Estate Global Conference & Awards 2022 – the winners
Oxford Properties has won the Global Real Estate Investor of the Year at the IPE Real Estate Global Conference & Awards 2022 in Amsterdam.
The C$80bn (€59.4bn) global real estate arm of the Ontario Municipal Employees Retirement System won the top award as well as the North America, Opportunistic, Investment in North America and Value-added strategy categories.
Dutch pensions asset manager APG picked up the Real Assets & Infrastructure Investor of the Year in addition to the Environmental Sustainability, Netherlands, Portfolio Construction and the new Technology & Innovation awards.
French insurer AG2R La Mondiale received the Commitment to Diversity award in addition to the Belgium & France and Social Impact awards
Ivanhoé Cambridge, picked up the award for brand new award for ESG, while AG2R La Mondiale Commitment to Diversity.
DNB Life/DNB REIM won the Large Real Estate Investor of the Year award.
CPP Investments was handed the Investment in Emerging Markets, Investment in Asia Pacific and Investment in Europe awards.
Bouwinvest Real Estate Investors won the Direct Strategy, Core and Core-plus Strategies and Social Impact awards.
AP4 won the Indirect Strategy and Nordic Countries awards.
Each year, IPE Real Assets works in close partnership with the world’s leading investment and asset management firms to deliver the IPE Real Estate Global Awards.
This year’s IPE Real Estate Global Awards attracted over 200 entries across all categories.
From 16 countries around the world, the total market value of the institutional investors that took part was more than €3trn, while collectively their real estate and real assets under management exceeded €459bn. They competed in 36 categories split by theme, region and size.
